We met in high school and have built everything together from the start – sharing a curiosity for the world and a drive to create something meaningful.

After finishing school, we moved to the UK to build our future. Along the way, we faced challenges that tested us, strengthened us, and ultimately shaped our mindset. Through resilience and determination, we came out stronger, with a clear focus on what we wanted to achieve.

Travel played a big role in shaping our perspective. Over the years, we explored countries including the USA, Thailand, Vietnam, and Egypt, often alongside friends and family. Experiencing different places and styles of accommodation gave us an early understanding of what makes a property stand out – not just visually, but in how it feels and functions.

At the same time, Patrik developed a strong interest in drone technology, gaining qualifications and launching his own business. This naturally evolved into working with estate agents, creating aerial photography and later 360° virtual tours – giving us first-hand insight into how properties are presented, marketed, and valued.

It was through this work that we saw our first real opportunity – a property with clear potential, available below market value. That moment shifted our perspective from observing property to actively investing in it.

Since then, we have continued to grow within the industry, developing our knowledge, network, and approach. Being part of the Samuel Leeds Property Academy has provided us with a strong foundation, high-level education, and access to a network of driven property entrepreneurs who support and challenge each other to succeed.

Today, we approach property with a clear focus: combining practical experience, market insight, and a resilient mindset to create opportunities that deliver real value.
